I provide anxiety, depression and life transitions therapy for individuals just entering adulthood through the later years of life. My office is a safe place where you can feel seen, heard and understood. I help my clients learn about themselves, how to get in touch with their emotions and methods to effect change.

Mindfulness therapy helps you to better understand and manage emotions and feelings in order to relieve feelings of distress. It can be helpful with anxiety and depression and other issues.
Mindfulness therapy can be used during mindfulness mediation in sessions to allow individuals to become aware of thoughts and feelings and accepting them, but not attaching or reacting to them. Mindfulness helps to focus in the here and now and living in the moment.
Yoga therapy adds yoga asanas and philosophy to deepen this practice.

Animal Assisted Therapy is highly effective for individuals suffering from issues such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, depression and social isolation among many others. When combined with psychotherapy it is a powerful tool to enhance treatment.

Being a parent in today's world isn't easy. As the mother of four, I understand both personally and professionally the challenges of raising children. Parenting therapy is a specialized form of therapy that works with parents to help them deal difficult moments and issues they encounter when raising children.
